Na dohodu o provedení práce bude možné od ledna 2012 odpracovat u jednoho zaměstnavatele až 300 hodin za kalendářní rok, kdežto v současnosti je to o polovinu méně. „Za těchto podmínek bude pro firmy snadnější vytvořit pracovní místo. Pracovník, který je zaměstnán méně než jeden rok, má nárok na odstupné ve výši jednoho průměrného měsíčního výdělku. Pokud byl v pracovním poměru alespoň rok a méně než dva roky, získá dvojnásobek. Jestliže byl pracovník zaměstnán alespoň dva roky, odejde s nejméně trojnásobkem průměrného měsíčního výdělku.
